TCM has over 26 years of operations experience including 7 years of venture investing experience. Earlier, as a member of Walden International's India investment team, TCM worked on investments in companies such as Mindtree Consulting, Venture Infotek, Jobstreet and Webvisions, across a range of technology sectors. He was a board member at Jobstreet India and Webvisions India. He was board observer in MindTree Consulting and Venture Infotek.
Prior to co-founding IDG Ventures India, TCM served as the Chief Financial Officer and President - Corporate Services at Venture Infotek, a leading payments processing company in India. Prior to Walden International, TCM worked for 14 years at Wipro where he last served as the General Manager - eCommerce Division.
TCM is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), Chennai. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he is on the board of several companies like Agile, Apalya, Aujas, ConnectM, eShakti, iCreate, Valyoo Technologies.
Vani Kola is based in Bangalore, India. She co-founded IUVP and moved back to India in 2006 to set up the Fund's operations. Vani's personal commitment to excellence and integrity influences her approach to building companies, delivering returns and empowering people. Vani serves on the boards of VIA, SeventyMM, Myntra, Jasper, Apalya, India Plaza and Onward Mobility.
Prior to founding IUVP, Vani has a distinguished entrepreneurial background. She holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering.
Vani is active in developing the entrepreneurial eco-system in India. She is a prominent speaker at various events, business plan competitions around the country. Vani has been profiled in numerous books.
Outside of enjoying building high growth companies and fostering entrepreneurship, her interests focus on raising her two daughters and musing about finding the perfect balance between work and family. She is involved in various organizations focused on fostering entrepreneurship and women leadership.
Karthee is the Managing Director, India and Israel, and is based in Bangalore, India. Karthee has over 16 years of experience in the wireless and multimedia industries and has worked in product development and management roles at various semiconductor start-ups. Prior to his current role, he worked as a management consulting intern at Boston Consulting Group and as an associate at the venture capital firm, JK&B Capital.
Karthee currently manages and actively serves as the board observer for Qualcomm Ventures investments in Apalya, MapMyIndia, Kirusa, Tessolve and Waze. Karthee holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
